Steve Hamaker is a seasoned design director specializing in brand identity, illustration, print and digital design, packaging, and advertising.
I grew up in a small Kansas farm town where I often doodled on my math assignments and favored art class over algebra. By the time I got to Kansas State University, I knew I wanted to make a career out of my childhood hobby.
With nearly 30 years of experience in brand design, design direction, and illustration, I've worked across various industries including apparel, advertising, marketing, and web. Whether working solo or collaborating with writers, developers, photographers, and fellow designers, my aim is always to create impactful and memorable design solutions.
I currently call Chattanooga, Tennessee home, where I live with my incredible wife and two adventurous sons. When I'm not immersed in design projects, you'll find me enjoying quality time with my family, hitting the trails for a run, or exploring the wonders of our planet.
